Literally hundreds of children will be smiling this Christmas morning because of your generosity. This year's Giving Tree resulted in gifts for more than five hundred children distributed to churches and agencies in the Riverside-San Bernardino area. This included a last minute request for almost 150 additional gifts which our Newman Community members filled without hesitation. Gifts were sent to Queen of Angels Parish, Catholic Charities, Riverside Life Services, Mary's Mercy Center and the prison ministry. The tables in the parish library were stacked with your generous response in gifts to children of all ages. For three days the various agencies dropped by to pick up the gifts, and all expressed their deep thanks on behalf of the children they serve. Congratulations. Your generosity is deeply appreciated.
